Accessibility Statement

Effective: August 27, 2026

VORA is committed to making its Platform accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every customer, however they browse, read, or navigate, to be able to discover Merchants and place orders on tryvora.app and in our apps.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make digital content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities. We also strive to meet our obligations under applicable accessibility laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Conformance status

The WCAG guidelines have three levels of conformance: A, AA, and AAA. Our target is Level AA.

We consider the Platform to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the Platform may not yet fully meet the standard. Accessibility is an ongoing effort: as we build, test, and improve the Platform, we work to identify and fix issues and to raise conformance across the site and apps.

What we do

To support accessibility, we:

  • consider accessibility in the design and development of new features;
  • use clear structure, text alternatives for images, keyboard navigation, and sufficient color contrast where we can;
  • check our work using a combination of automated tools and manual review, including with common assistive technologies; and
  • treat accessibility as part of ongoing maintenance, not a one-time task.

Third-party and Merchant content

Some content on the Platform is provided by independent Merchants (such as product images and descriptions) or is powered by third-party services (such as our payment processor and mapping providers). We do not control all of that content and cannot guarantee its accessibility. We encourage our partners to meet accessibility standards, and, as described below, we will help you access that information another way.

Getting help and giving feedback

We welcome your feedback. If you encounter any barrier using the Platform, or you need information, a product, or a transaction made available to you in a different way, please tell us. We are here to help and we will work with you to get you what you need.

If you can, please describe the issue, the page or screen where it happened, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review this statement and our accessibility practices periodically and update them as the Platform evolves.
