What does VORA charge merchants?
A flat 12% commission on each delivery order, roughly half what mainstream aggregators charge. No signing fee, no monthly platform fee, no listing fee. You pay only when you earn, on orders fulfilled through VORA's courier network.
When do I get paid?
Every Tuesday by direct deposit. Sales cleared during the prior 7 days (Monday to Sunday) are deposited via ACH on Tuesday morning, so you get predictable, weekly cash flow instead of net-14 or net-30 waits.
How long does onboarding take?
Most merchants go live within a few days. The application takes about 5 minutes. From there our team verifies your operation and supplier chain, photographs your menu, and routes your first orders, often before the end of the week.
What does Vorafied verification involve?
We review your halal certification, supplier invoices and handling practices, then a VORA reviewer visits in person before your first order goes live. Verification is re-checked every 90 days. The teal Vorafied badge is what customers trust, and it's why we don't let it be self-declared.
Who handles delivery?
You do, and that's by design. Your team delivers your own orders, and VORA gives you the technology to run it: order routing, live tracking, and customer updates through Confirmed, Preparing, On the way, Delivered. The delivery experience and the customer relationship stay yours.
Do I need my own photos or menu setup?
No. Our team takes care of the entire onboarding process and builds your storefront. You can edit items, prices and availability anytime from the merchant dashboard.
