Cookie Policy

Effective: August 1, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how VORA Systems Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies (pixels, tags, local storage, and mobile SDKs together, "cookies") on our websites and apps, and the choices you have. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small files or code snippets placed on your browser or device that allow a website or app to recognize your device, remember preferences, and collect information about how you use the service. "First-party" cookies are set by VORA; "third-party" cookies are set by other companies whose technology appears on a site.

2. Categories of Cookies and What We Actually Use

  • Strictly necessary in use. Required for the Platform to function: sign-in and session management, cart and checkout, security and fraud prevention, and load balancing. These cannot be switched off because the service does not work without them.
  • Analytics in use, cookieless. We measure aggregate site traffic (page views, referrers, approximate region) using a privacy-focused analytics service that operates without cookies and does not track individuals across websites or build user profiles.
  • Functional / preference cookies not currently used. These would remember settings such as language or saved region. If we introduce them, we will update this Policy first.
  • Advertising / targeting cookies not used. We do not place third-party advertising pixels, tags, or trackers (such as Meta Pixel or Google Ads tags) on our websites or apps, and we do not sell or share personal information collected through cookies. See our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.

Because we use no non-essential tracking cookies, we do not display a cookie consent banner there is nothing optional to consent to. If that ever changes, a preference tool will be added before any such technology loads, allowing you to accept or reject non-essential categories.

3. Your Choices

  • Browser controls: most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in, cart, and checkout from working.
  • Mobile settings: manage app permissions (such as precise location) and advertising-identifier settings in your iOS or Android device settings.
  • Industry opt-out tools: although we do not participate in interest-based advertising, you can manage cross-site advertising preferences generally at optout.aboutads.info (Digital Advertising Alliance) and optout.networkadvertising.org (Network Advertising Initiative).

4. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals; there is no common industry standard for DNT. Because we do not sell or share personal information or engage in cross-site tracking, there is currently no sale or sharing for a DNT or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal to opt out of. If our practices change, we will honor GPC signals as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing as required by law, and update this Policy first.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time including before introducing any new category of cookies and will post the updated version with a new "Last Updated" date.
