Mahmoud is the Founder of VORA Systems Inc., a Delaware-registered C-Corporation. Under his leadership, VORA is exclusively focused on transforming cultural commerce by developing custom-built, AI-driven logistics systems designed to empower local heritage merchants.
Before establishing VORA, Mahmoud built a distinguished career as a dual-qualified Engineering and Business Leader. With over seven years of experience bridging technical execution with strategic vision across various corporate roles, he cultivated deep expertise in translating complex business requirements into scalable engineering realities and driving cross-functional teams toward operational excellence.
His academic foundation includes a MASY degree in Strategy and Leadership from New York University in New York, United States, an MBA from ESLSCA Paris University in Cairo, Egypt, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt.
