Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Effective: August 1, 2026

Some U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, give residents the right to opt out of the "sale" of their personal information or its "sharing" for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising.

VORA DOES NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, AND WE DO NOT SHARE IT WITH THIRD PARTIES FOR TARGETED ADVERTISING. WE USE NO THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING TRACKERS ON OUR WEBSITE OR APPS, SO THERE IS CURRENTLY NO SALE OR SHARING TO OPT OUT OF.

We disclose personal information only to service providers working on our behalf under contract (such as our payment processor and hosting provider), to merchants and couriers as needed to fulfill your orders, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy none of which constitutes a sale or sharing under these laws.

If our practices ever change, we will update this page and our Privacy Policy before doing so, provide the opt-out mechanisms required by law (including honoring Global Privacy Control browser signals), and we will never knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

You can exercise your other privacy rights access, correction, and deletion as described in Section 6 of our Privacy Policy, or by emailing privacy@tryvora.app.
