How is the commission calculated?
Commission is taken from the order subtotal, the customer-facing food and grocery total before tax, delivery fees, and tips. Delivery orders are 12%; pickup orders are 5%. Tips go directly to the courier, 100% untouched. Taxes are remitted to the appropriate authority.
Do I have to choose a subscription plan?
No. Starter is $0/month forever and gives you everything you need to take orders. Growth ($30/mo) and Pro ($100/mo) are optional upgrades that buy you more visibility, deeper analytics, and faster support.
Is there a setup fee or monthly minimum?
No. On Starter you pay only the commission on completed orders, no signing fee, no platform fee, no minimum order volume, no tablet rental. If you do zero orders in a month, you pay zero dollars.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, change plans anytime from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect on the next Monday's order window so accounting stays clean. There's no penalty for moving down and no waiting period for moving up.
What's included in the Vorafied verification process?
Our verification team visits your kitchen, reviews your supply chain, audits signature dishes for authenticity and preparation standards, and re-verifies annually. The teal "Vorafied" badge on your storefront represents real verification, not a self-declaration. Included on every plan.
How long does onboarding take?
Typical onboarding is five business days from approved application to first live order. Vorafied verification accounts for 1–2 days, menu build and photography for 2–3 days, and the final test order is run with you in person or over video.
